Kia Soul is a subcompact crossover SUV manufactured by Kia since 2008, and in the past 16 years, three generations Kia Soul was released in different countries, in 2013, the 2^nd generation Kia Soul with codename PS was released, and six years later in 2019, the 3^rd generation Kia Soul with codename SK3 was released, however, in diecast models market, we can only find one 1/18 scale Kia Soul diecast model, and it is the miniature of 1^st generation Kia Soul manufactured between 2008 an 2013.

Looking at displayed picture, this exterior of this Kia Soul model is the 1^st generation Soul, and in fact, it is the replica model of Kia Soul released in China in 2009 as the 2010 model year and it was manufactured by joint venture enterprise Yueda Kia.
